    Hey all,

    Received an invite & a card from Captain Ameritruck on my Tacoma the other day, was a nice surprise! Thanks man!

    Thought I'd post some pics/vids of my 2013 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner V6. Not many mods, engine mostly stock, add on tranny cooler, loads of electronics though :)

    My first Toyota was a blue 1987 SR5, I remember her vividly. Muffler was held up by a piece of weedeater string when I first purchased it for $2000. :( Sadly no pics of that one anymore, but at least I can share this one.

    I was a mechanic (63W) in the U.S. Army from 1999-2009, worked on Toyota Land Cruisers & Toyota Hilux pickup trucks in Afghanistan & Iraq. Completely understand the following behind these trucks :).

    The Ham Radio Equipment installed:

    Radios installed:
    Kenwood TS-480SAT, Yaesu FTM-400

    Antennas:
    Wolf River Coil Silver Bullet 1000
    Larsen 2/70 NMO

    A few other odds & ends, but here's some photos & vids of the ham radio equipment install :)

    I changed a few things around after the first initial installation, realized I wanted my 590SG back in my shack & a more mobile radio in the truck, worked out perfect.

    I ran into one of the UFO Pilots last year when I was in Roswell. He followed me onto the Rimrocker trail leading up to Rock Therapy 2016 in Moab.

    Ha! Love it, sorry holidays have had me running around like crazy. Lars we're having a Winter Field Day coming up with the N5OAK (Jan. 28-29) out in Luling, TX, PM me for details if your interested! Just wanted to extend the invite!
