My ironman 4x4 foam cell pro's start rough on a washboard, but smooth out rather quickly.

I am running the Icon stage 5 on my 14 DCSB OR with open country 265/75/16 at 35 psi. Mine seems to be riding just a little firmer than stock. I really like it. My wife said she does not notice any difference except its harder to get into. I did not preload the front much over what it came with.

    Shit on a black truck.
Just feels like Im riding on top of the coils and real rigid like Im not heavy enough. It takes bigger hits that work the shocks really well though. Ill get some weight in the back this week.
    I'd be up for it.
Maybe the tires. I dropped one side down a little and raised the drivers side a good amount to compensate for a little over a half inch lean.

For those with adjustable coils, what is your measurements center hub to bottom fender, both front and back? I'm 22.5/24 and wondering if I should go up any before I do too much whacking and cutting.

OK, I thought I was looking OK. My current setup feels like these tires sit wayyyy towards the back of the truck.

I don't have them on me (I know, that's kind of the important thing). UCA and LCA both Dirt King. SCS SR8 with the 3.5 BS, 285 KO2s

Hmm.. Probably don't have enough caster is my guess. Around 3-3.5 degrees is ideal for a DD.

I thought caster was a set figure with anything but LR UCAs? I don't see where you could re-position the uniball... is there a different adjustment? I know where toe and camber is done, not that I could get it right.

No its pretty adjustable, some UCA's have more adjustability than others. I know Total Chaos has caster built into the UCA's which helps, but you can still move them. When you get an alignment next time ask for 3-4 degrees of caster, no reason you can't get that with aftermarket LCA's too.

Are any of you guys that have bought or tried to buy a 3rd gen Tacoma finding that the dealerships are unwilling to budge on the prices? I'm not looking for a steal, but not trying to pay their sticker price either.

That right there is why i have a hard time giving the controls of anything to someone else. Seen to many people get hurt cause of a mistake of someone else. Saw a guy get hydrolanced (10,000psi pressure washer basically) cause the guy on the other end of the radio thought he heard him say "on". Thankfully that guy was wearing thick clothes and only ended up with a nasty bruise. Same with chainfalls. Seen guys get fingers crushed cause they go the wrong way and lower stuff instead of lift it.

Course same goes for using other peoples recovery gear. I inspect it before Ill use it. TO many dumbasses let their tow straps/ropes get frayed and think its still good to use it.
