    Nice! How bad was the big 3? Its on my list long list, but I am not too worried about it yet. Did you get a bigger alternator as well?

    The install is going to be pretty straight forward, but I tried to be too fancy the first time and split open the harness to try and remove the OEM starter/alternator wires and insert the new wires. I hit a roadblock and backed off. That is just too involved, when I can merely isolate the ends of the old wires and tuck them away out of sight. I resealed the main harness and will now run the new wires along it and wrap them in heat tape where they pass near the manifold.

    I'll post pics of the before, during and after install.

    Matte black TRD 17" rims, 265-70-17 KO2s, and a 3in Rough Country lift kit.
    i really love these tail lights and want them for my 2015 but seem to be having trouble finding them. Any idea what thats all about? ive found them compatible up to 2014 but im wondering if theres a difference in 15....?

    I am pretty sure that they are compatible, as the plug harness/mounting bolts are the same.

    It actually was pretty straight forward. I have a copy of the install directions and a labelled pic if you want to build your own Big 3. No alternator, as I already have the 140 amp tow package.

    May have to bother you for the instructions. I haven't scene a need to upgrade alternators (no tow package in my truck) yet, by if it craps out I may just upgrade as I am sure it will be similarly priced.

    Hey, no problem. I'll hit you up for tips on the winch install.

    I'm almost finished a Fire Extinguisher/hatchet/limb saw holder that fits in the bed rail. Was working on it this evening. Just waiting for the wrinkle paint to dry before I put it all together. ;)
