I do have something to ease the wander-lust of common Heep Y-Link steering, called 'The Cure' (both can be found here: http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/TRESTEER.html)

The black one is designed to fit stock Heep TREs, and the white one is for 1 Ton TREs if it has been upgraded.

Now these only work with Y-Link style steering (found on most jeeps except some of the Grands, and JK Wranglers), where the tie-rod and drag link connect to one-another in some fashion.

This piece gets inserted to replace the dust boot of the drag link/tie rod connection point. this alleviates a common 'dead spot' in the steering wheel. However Death wobble is generally a symptom of a worn out component, knuckle ball joints, steering ball-joints, wheel bearings and such. If it didn't do it before, and does now, something is wearing out.

The one thing I hear that causes that the most often is your track bar. But really any steering component should be checked. This page has some good stuff, I be read it before it my curiosity readings. http://www.extremeterrain.com/wrangler-jeep-death-wobble.html

I used to get it really bad on my JEEP, 1 issue was the steering stabilizer which is essentially a shock for the steering.
This was the other issue. I think we've gone through 5 track bars on that thing.

Originally not Expo AF! Kinda Expo AF now...lame.
    @Overkill07

I had the dead spot in my 1989 Wrangler after replacing the following items:

    Power steering pump
    Intermediate Steering Shaft
    Steering Gear Box
    Steering Stabilizer (the shock)

I checked the following and were good:
    Ball Joints on Knuckles
    Tie Rods
Greased Ball Joints and Tie rod ends
    Pitman Arm
Track Bar (Removed it but I have leaf spring fronts. DO NOT REMOVE if you have coil spring suspension!)

Ended up being in my case:
Drag Link ends. The joint where it tied into the tie rod was worn out, giving a dead spot like someone above mentioned.

It's likely one (or a combination) of these things above.

Yes sir worked out perfect, you will have to drill the holes bigger. Just on one side for the awning.
