So just ordered my little HAM radio book thing, hoping to take e test at the end of next month.

What kind of radios have you guys found work the best and where did you put them?

Hopefully this turns out better than last time.

Nice. If you dont like the book hamradiotestonline is a great resource.

Radios are a personal choice. Lots and lots and lots of options and configurations.

If anyone has pictures of where they put there's that'd be great, I'm not very creative and would like it kinda out of the way but Easy to reach and stuff.

Its a larger face plate one though as it's a touch screen. Most are much smaller then that and easy to place places.

You REALLY gotta think about if you'll need it before trying a line up something. Don't wanna have to engage it half way through.

Yea it's nice. I use 16oz bottle and carry two 8oz backups. Plenty of CO2 for lockers.

I didn't lose anything. My bench flips down exposing the amps. I also have speaker grills over those 12S. I don't carry passengers in the jump very often. They can lean up against my sub boxes for short trips. And they really don't stick out much farther then the back pad did. It took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to do because I still wanted to have space availability.

Spent some time looking through here...(those 2nd gen guys have a good idea once in a while haha)

The only difference was I used a 65mm m6 screw since the 50mm they used just didn't give enough clearance. Our grab handles may be a bit deeper, or I just suck and couldn't make it work with the 50mm.
