What are you actually trying to achieve? The look of whiter light? Greater light output? The longer life of LEDs? Why Cree?

Be wary of aftermarket lights that claim to have 'authentic' Cree LEDs, knock-off garbage is abundant online. The problem with LEDs is the stock halogen reflectors are not designed to work with them as the optics are different. Read more and see examples here:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/why-leds-should-not-be-run-in-halogen-reflectors.454371/

You can do a projector retrofit to solve the glare issues associated with running aftermarket LEDs, and then have a wider variety of LED sources to chose from. If you want a drop in LED replacement to your stock halogen reflectors, Philips is the only maker I am aware of that claims to have replicated stock cut offs and beam pattern for the H4 (though not perfect). You can see my comparison here:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-ultimate-headlight-upgrade-vs-philips-led-headlights.460313/

As for fogs, you will need to completely replace the fog housing to run LEDs. You cannot drop in an LED into the fog light reflector without having a compromised beam pattern and emitting glare everywhere (as shown in the first link). TRS sells the leading fog LED replacement which replaces the housing with one designed for LED use:
    https://www.theretrofitsource.com/complete-housings/fog-lights/toyota-oval-morimoto-xb-led.html

A lot of people make uniformed decisions based on whatever is trendy without doing enough research. You will see many posts where someone is posting a picture facing the front of their truck showing how bright their new LED bulbs are compared to stock, where the LED is emitting glare to the camera washing out that portion of the photo, and they think this is because it is brighter when in fact it is because they have lost beam control. I have an example in the first link I posted.

I'll answer that question with several eBay bulb suppliers - but only if you're willing to totally ruin the quality (pattern longevity, glare, etc.) of your OEM lighting.
