    Good to know. I figured they did as it appears they have more clearance than some other ones I've seen floating around on here.

    Ok actually, if the bolt just spins when they try to adjust it that means the bolt isn't seized up in the bushing right? Or is the bushing going to spin with too?

    I ran into this replacing my leaves. It is like it was designed to be impossible to remove.

    I'm not there, but I'm guessing the bushing is spinning inside the rubber of the A-arm. This means the bolt is frozen inside the metal bushing. Even if you could get the nut off, the metal bushing is not going to let the bolt come out. They are now one.

    With new OEM LCAs. That's probably what I would do since there is no stock width aftermmarket LCA love for 1st gens.

    Decided to do some truck stuff however minor it may be. After putting the winch solenoid in the OBA manifold was in the way so I relocated it to the firewall. That's about all I did but it took time to get it all figured out. I'll be remaking some of the wiring harnesses soon to clean everything up since that is an activity I can do indoors.

    I don't think stock width aftermarket would be worth the cash it would certainly command. Stock arms are plenty stout only reason to change would be long travel. Whitelines seem to be the solution to burning out the old bushings.

    They would be worth it if they haz a uniball lower on them I think. :rolleyes:

    I could see that being beneficial, but that would require a bit more than just a custom arm. I'd like to see the spindles get a completely aftermarket redesign. They have that super thin section where either the balljoint or the cup thing for uniballs presses in and it is much too thin and unsupported. The side impact resistance is low being how small the riser is and the wheel bearing being pressed in by a 40ton bulldozer is just asinine. But after that's all sorted away some lower uniballs would be neato.

    I would get new bushings since you will be in there already. Or new lca's with new bushings. I learned the hard way.....lol

    Its much easier to just get new A-arms. I paid $108 each last year at Rock Auto.

    Any suggestions from anybody with turbo knowledge on here...... I put on a new intercooler that is way smaller than my other one. 7" now vs. 12" tall. Now my afr dropped from 11.2 in boost to 9.8 which is dangerous. I adjusted my ebc duty cycle upwards and brought the afr to 10.5 and I'll tune the ebc some more after work. So why is putting a smaller intercooler making such a huge difference in afr? Am I getting more lean due to hotter intake temps? Any suggestions on remedies? I can fine tune my ebc to get it where it needs to be by adjusting my duty cycle, gain, and or spring pressure. Mainly super curious why this happened from reducing 5" off the IC.

    You're going more rich, not more lean, so increased intake temps doesn't really make sense. It looks like you're getting it back to where it needs to be, if you can tune it back to where you want it then there's no problem. I'm not sure why that would happen either.

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.
    how's your pressure now? Changing the IC can do a few things. If it's not a high quality product the boost drop can be as high as 3psi. Did the thickness change? The IC could be restricting air flow more then the larger one now as well.
