The elbow (inside part in the fender) is the only part I know you can make your own. The outside snorkel part I doubt it.

 

Did you know, if you build your own snorkel from PVC and step down the IDI, you create your own turbo?

I'm talking about the inlet head at the top of the roof line. Can it be swapped out to a safari head.

Also I meant on all parts as in I don't have to buy anything else to instal it that it comes with everything to hook up to the stock intake.

That part I'm not too sure. I do remember someone mention trying them both to see if they fit. I don't recall the outcome. But for everything else the kit has everything you need for the install to the stock intake

 

Actually you create a bottle neck and eliminate the entire benefit of the snorkel.
