    My touch screen for my radio/gps keeps freezing up multiple times per day the resets it's self about 5 minutes later. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Entune?

    If so, search for "entune freezing" and "entune restarting."

    Known problem, since Entune was birthed.

    Yep. For about a year now but it had no issues the first 1.5. And had it in the shop a few times now. I took a video and the dealer forwarded it to Toyota a couple weeks ago. Still waiting to hear back.

    Yep mine just started about a month ago, Im probably going to take it to a dealer and see what happens from there. If you get a response from your dealer please post it on here.

    Time to have your radio's software updated.

    Those saying software update, I would probably agree normally. But it has never fixed the issue for me and I know for a fact mine (radio) has been replaced once, and updated at least 3 times. I have the same phone now as the day I purchased the truck. iPhone 5.

    My 2014 with Entune was having the exact same issue as OP. There is a firmware upgrade available, which the dealership can perform with a flash drive I believe, and others may be able to do in a similar way. Let me see if I can find the thread that discussed it...

    Having this done on my Taco fixed the problem entirely.

    ETA: Here is the thread that helped me figure out what to ask for and look for at the dealership. Should be free if you're still under comprehensive warranty.

    Bought a '13 Sport used and two days into owning it I discovered it would take minutes for GPS to load and I didn't have all of the apps displaying that appeared in the Entune app. Called Toyota Support and they emailed me the link to update the head unit myself. No problems since.

    Here is the body of the e-mail. I have the JBL head unit with nav. Contact info for Toyota Support is at the bottom as well. Hope this helps!

    "The link to your Entune update can be found here:
    https://securedp.toyota.com/download-app/toyotaHeadUnits

    The flash drive that will be used to move the update onto your Entune Audio system should have the following characteristics:

    * Between 2 and 8 GB.
    * A FAT32 file format.
    *USB 2.0 connectivity. It cannot be a USB 3.0 flash drive.

    1.The file that is downloaded will show up as (01032-HBEKR-15A.zip), and the file within that is the actual update file is (swdl.iso).
    2. Once downloaded, the swdl file will need to be moved to the flash drive, and should be the only file on the flash drive in question. Some flash drives come with files already on them; these files will need to be removed before continuing.
    3. With the flash drive ready, please turn the bluetooth on your phone off before starting the vehicle.
    4. Set the vehicle audio source to FM before plugging the flash drive in.
    5. Once the flash drive is plugged in, pop up should appear within a minute on the screen indicating a mandatory update. Select the positive responses (yes/okay/etc) to any questions the system asks you.
    6. The process will take about 7-10 minutes in total.
    7. Once completed, it is highly recommended to unpair and repair your phone to your Entune Audio unit.
