I have a Flowmaster on mine that I love. Has pretty deep tone to it, it's defiantly not a fart can ricer thing. I forget the model / series that it is put I can take a look if your interested.

i have the Flowmaster 40 series with dual turndowns, nice, deep, and throaty tone. I always get asked if i have a V8 just because of my exhaust

Wish I could do I vid. but I cant. But its not ricey or buzzy at all, Its just a nice deep low tone that isnt too loud. Im pretty sure Will has a vid of his before and after on here. Do a search or PM him.

anyone have the TRD cat back? I have heard that it is pretty good but may be pricey. I am also in need of a new muffler and would rather jump right in there and get the entire cat back system.

I considered the TRD system. I'd like to hear it. I like dynomax too tho. Ive heard some good sounding trucks wit them. I just dont know about V6 exhaust. All my experience is with V8s

My cousin has a TRD catback on his 02 4Runner and IMHO it's the best sounding and looking system you can buy. Very deep, throaty sound and not much louder than stock. I have a Magnaflow 5x8x24" muffler that gets dumped after the axle and it sounds good but not quite as good as the TRD and it's louder than the TRD even though this is pretty much the quietest muffler Magnaflow makes.

I just got the Dynomax Super Turbo in the mail today. Going to weld it on at my buddys shop this weekend. It seems to be a favorite around here.

So it'd be worth paying the extra money for the TRD system in your opinion?

Yes, if you want it to exit at the stock location. I wanted my exhaust to dump just after the rear axle, so I couldn't cut up a beautiful TRD system, that'd be sacrilege lol. Plus I probably shouldn't have even put a slash cut tip on mine because you can't see it unless you really look under the truck.

On a sidenote, my friend recently got a Borla ProXS muffler same setup as mine and it sounds good as well but it is louder than mine and he doesn't even have headers.
