That'd kill me. That driver's side vent is how I defrost my driver's side window so I can see out the side mirror.

    I do the same.

Did you do a write-up in one of your builds, Monte? Or maybe just a link to the mount?

    Thanks!

Yep. In Igor's build. Sorry I haven't hyper linked that thread yet.

I believe it is on page 8

I did, it's actually reasonably priced on Amazon, about $60.

Residential Acoustics Mass Loaded Vinyl Soundproofing Acoustic Noise Barrier (4' x 10' 40 Square Feet 1.0 psf) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AM9C62I/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_mHnUyb98RE77H

Tons of options but don't really wanna spend the extra dough. Definitely doable if someone really wants to invest the cash.

What is the purpose of aftermarket bump stops? ik they limit up travel but why would you want to? Or are they just a fast paced, desert setting, type thing?

Bumps help slow the travel down before bottoming out. Well nice bumps like hydro's or even the super bumps.

The stock ones are almost rocks by comparison. They just stop the LCA more then help slow it down and stop.

Not just a go fast thing..but nice bumps aren't needed unless you want to utilize them.

For everyone with an '01-'04 style center console:

Do you guys mount anything to the inner lid of the upper console? Looks like it would be a good place for like one of those organizers with pouches and such.

    Sort of like this:

Nope. But that's a great idea, it'd save me some room with the pens and other misc. stuff I have in there

I want to velcro my FasTrak toll tag transponder there but I don't know if the toll gate would pick it up. (with the lid open)

AVS Vent visors on. Bought them to keep windows cracked open on rainy days, but now it appears rain is over. Oh well it will help keep it cool with summer around the corner. Longer days ahead.
