Just put some hand tools in a tool box I will carry in the truck and I would like some opinions on what I should keep in it. For now I have : different set of pliers, set of hex key, set of allen key, 3/8 ratchet and a bunch of socket long and short, 3/8 to 1/4 socket reducer to use 1/4 socket, little crowbar, one prybar, a steel punch, breaker bar, various screwdrivers... and that's about it I think lol maybe a few more things I don't remember lol

Yeah, between going back and fourth from Oshawa, Barrie, and then going out East to Quebec, New Brunswick, Halifax, PEI and back....It adds up.

yeah I would say so!! hahahaha so far the longest tour ive done was the very first week I had the truck, drove to Kapuskasing to visit some family, then down to Thessalon to visit more family then back up to Ottawa. That's not including the extra driving we had to do to get to the cabin and what not. id say I spent about 40 hours driving that week.

haha, nothing better. Its a lot better when you spread it out. I think the longest stretch we did was 12 hours in a day. I think we did from Vaudreuil (i think thats how you spell it) Montreal to Oromocto New Brunswick. Was terrible. But when we did the smaller 4-6 hour trips it was a lot more enjoyable. Especially when you see drastically different things in that time.

yeah man I agree with yout 100% 5-6 hour stretches aren't too bad actually, luckily I don't mind driving, but man, from Ottawa and kap then kap to thessalon, then the rip back home those were all 10-12 hours depending on speed and traffic (by traffic I mean transports and construction) its even harder when ur passengers fall asleep and u have no one to talk to haha I kept looking over at my dad sleeping thinking to myself, yeah I could do that too right about now hahaha

My girlfriend is notorious for falling asleep. She times it too, "Oh 300km till I have to navigate...time for a nap". lol.

Paint scratches, a few dents - almost complete
Anyone in the Ottawa area buy their bilstein 5100s locally and have them installed? Looking for a place to do so hopefully soon.
    Thanks

Don't know of anywhere off hand. There's not a whole lot around hear in regards to buying off road accessories for trucks or at least tacomas haha there's Action in the east end but not sure if they sell bilstein. Most guys in Ottawa are jacking up Rams, Cheys and F-150s and they usually just slap some spacers in and some hockey puck body lifts hahaha I know some of the car parts stores like Next Mod can order parts in but they don't have anything like that in stock, and I think they mostly deal with tonneau covers and stuff. if you google Bilstein Canada you can find some Canadian distributors, I think Essex has free shipping with in Canada. Theres a 4x4 place on hwy 15 close to smiths falls and maybe one in Carleton place but honestly the mark up on parts your better off buying online, if you shop around you can find good prices and free shipping.

Don't know if @Bocsy44 's Action store is the same as mine but there is Action Performance (801, boul Maloney E, Gatineau QCJ8P 1G5) who can order them and offer the install and also Evolution Tuning (1079 Chemin de Montréal Ouest
Gatineau, QC, J8M 1P1) who might be able to order, and do the installation. Evolution has a website if you want to look at www.evolutiontuning.ca
