Moved backup cam from mirror to Stereo, Debadged, BHLM, added the Toytec 3" Coils and AAL to go with my Bilsteins, upgraded to 285/75/16 KO2s. Future Mods: Winch Bumper, some sort of camping setup
Which remote start are you guys going with?
Typically the module is about $200 but you have to get a whole alarm to begin with, right?

How much (ballpark) are you guys spending on the whole kit with install?

It took my buddy about an hour since he hadnt installed this kit on a new tacoma. He is a skilled installer and probably could have done it faster had it not been 9pm at night and around 40 outside. He was surprised at how simple the install was with this kit and the price I paid.

Its a kit from KB Voodoo for 3rd gens with push start only.

For the FJ case, stalk ebay, I got one from Burleson for just under $400

I like the twinstick and rocksolid sells them for 1000. I guess I'd like to see the cost to do it myself and just getting one off eBay but I've got other shit more important than that I am told.

I'll have less than that invested for the case, twin sticks, ADD switch and install. Check out the crawlbox thread and the FJ case swap thread. It seems like you are capable enough to do it and save yourself about $500.

You would need to find a good driveline shop to build you one. But if you did the work yourself you'd have extra money to pay for a tom woods single piece shaft.
