Not my truck but playing around with ideas for my spare set of 4R Trail wheels for my bbp truck

 

Thanks buddy! I actually got the TRD sticker and everything else but the shift knob from importequipment (orange gloss). They have a bunch of awesome stuff for the 3rd gen and keep coming out with more.

Well, I did it. And I was even sober at the time. The first Taco I tried out was the Inferno Orange with factory color-keyed bezels. I thought it was cool and was miffed that it wasn't in the other colors. Anyway I took matters into my own hands. Which I've become rather adept at since the wife left me.

I put a dent in my hood today. Left my impact driver under the hood and tried to slam it closed. Then for good measure I leaned on it a bit to get it to close. First blemish to it.

 

Was going to get these 4R Trail wheels powder coated before I put KO2's on them. Just making a summer set of spare wheels and tires. Any opinions unpainted when compared to my Mamba wheels.

I also drooled hard over this Truck and creep parked behind it, since you know...tacos. Owner is a really cool guy.

 

How much clearance do the headlight bulbs have when installed? really wanting to change out to LED but making sure theres enough room for the cooling fan

 

There's more than enough room. Very easy to install. Much better than stock.

 

I got the software update for the electronic transmission on Saturday. I was having issues with it revving high in low gears rather than shifting when it should. I also occasionally had an issue with the RPMs staying high right after gunning it to merge or pass. Basically once I passed and let off the gas the RPMs would stay at 4K for 6-7 seconds even with my foot completely off the pedal.

 

What springs on the 5100s? I may have missed it some where...
