Hitch Based Spare Tire Holder

I am split between spending and redoing the rear bumper or doing something like WIlco Offroad spare tire via hitch, anyone used them and is that even valid to do or worth doing, most of my offroading is overland type, no insane rock crawling etc, would something like that work? my full size spear doesn't fit under

the wilco is great because you can just take it off if you gotta haul something tailgate down

 

defiantly interested, can you send code, also quick question does it come with all necessary components to install etc, or do you need to buy the hitch locker etc so it wont wobble etc.?
