    Bumper #1: About 4 years old, surface rust on the inside (original powder coating failure), one mounting bracket about 10mm off (see video of hit it took below), scratches on the outside (see pics),no hardware $200 OBO

    Bumper #2: Brand new, includes hardware, has two scratches less than an inch long in the top corners (see pictures) $450 OBO

    No shipping on either. I'm trying to recoup some of my loss from a kid not paying attention and rear ending me. I'll drive up to an hour or so to meet up. My zip is 44260. During the week I work at 44406 and could meet up around there too.

    That is a great point, I forgot to mention. This bumper allows for usage of the factory tow package.
