Looking to switch the bulbs out to LED. I looked on Philips website and it doesn't show a match for my year. Did they stop producing them? Anyone know who has the best prices on the headlights that's not eBay?

I have see them as low as $182 on EBAY with free shipping, that's the best price I was looking at them too, personally I think the price on them will continue to go down because there is LED Headlight competition out there that are better priced

Would you be comfortable buying from eBay? I'm worried they'd be knockoffs or shitty customer service if something was wrong with them.

that's a good point, supposedly the original led h4 Philips were made in Japan, but im starting to think that production of them is in China at a certain point. the reason im not going to get them is that they are set up for Right hand drive cars the beam cutoffs will be in correct for US left hand drives and blind oncoming drivers. I am looking into newer led h4 that have an adjustable beam and you can make the beam with proper cutoff

I've read that write-up a few times in the past. Shoot, says right in the first post that if you were to go with LEDs, the Philips is an excellent way to go. I just ordered the morimoto fogs and wanted the heads to match without doing a retrofit. That's way beyond my patience and technical skills.

This. Left hand drive vs Japan's right hand drive. And no, there is no 'adjustability' in headlight beams by the bulb. Any vendor that is trying to sell you this is clearly not a reputable manufacture.

You are right, I should update that thread to make that note more prominent. The bulbs do a great job or maintaining cut off and glare, they are just reversed from the North American market so everything is backward.

exactly with me too I don't want to get that involved with a retro fit project, I don't like the idea of cutting my expensive OEM housings up and glueing in parts. im looking into maybe using Philips Crystal xenon h4 halogen bulbs to give me white light and still be able to retain use of the OEM Housing .I found this video the guy keeps calling them leds but he is wrong they are the Halogen h4 bulbs not an LED.https://youtu.be/MvC2HECQ98o

if those Philips LEDs cutoffs were for US left hand drives I would use them but the way they are designed for right hand drives and the beam cannot be adjusted so the cutoff flare is proper and not blinding on coming traffic its not worth the expense. Some newer type leds have a set screw that can be used to adjust the beam in the bowls to make a custom cutoff for the vehicle. https://youtu.be/B4RGOMsK9-U

The issue is with the glare guards. Notice those lights in the video do not have glare guards, and rotating a light in an assembly does not substitute for glare guards, as it does nothing at all to correct glare. It just changes the hot spots in the beam by hitting different parts of the reflector causing a slightly different pattern. Notice how the LED pattern looked nothing like the halogen one, even after he 'fixed it'. Notice how the Philips in the thread mentioned above looked almost identical to the halogen ones. Lighting optics are precisely engineered, manually rotating a directional light in a reflector to fix the lack of glare guards is a complete hack and not something I would recommend.

this is why I am sticking with halogen
bulbs, im hoping someday there may be a way to properly use a LED in a halogen reflector bowl but it doesn't seem to be one at this time.

On your 95, check out the Hella E-code H4 conversion (use Hella not a cheap brand) and then run the halogen headlight upgrade. E-code makes a huge difference. If you scroll to the end of the thread I added info on high powered bulbs that are whiter for those concerned on aesthetics.
