@vssman @MikeyMcFly super great info. I now know what I need to do. I'm going to get it fixed so it is correct. This is how TW should work. I can't thank you all enough.

I will be at Moab next Spring. Perhaps we shall all meet. Cheers!

Make sure and cut it a few mm longer also.... a little more wiggle room.

How are people splicing the marker lights these days? I still haven't hooked mine up.

I didn't use mine @ all. Replaced then with a Philips Daylight 4 LED DRL kit. Gave me a more modern look up front.

Thanks for the explanation, Mikey! It sounds like you're still using the ARB foglight housings, somehow...? (It's entirely possible I completely misunderstood that.) There's a slew of 4" foglights around, but can't figure out how to make them work with the ARB mounting holes, unless I have my nephew fab me up something.

    I appreciate the guidance!

Well, I was (and still would be...). I just cut / splice the tab of the long life H3 and hoped I wouldn't have to tear into it all that often. The Lamin-X film was to give me the yellow fog color I desired. I had previously done it with yellow bulbs but after burning through a couple with the ARB assemblies, I just said eff it.

The other thing I did to make life easy was to splice a male H11 connector onto the ARB lamp wiring so it would interface with my OEM wiring without cutting / splicing anything on the truck. Made for a quick removable of the whole fog lamp assembly in a pinch.

No problem. Just verify your bulb type before you buy a male connector (if you do) as I believe the 05-11 trucks had different fog bulbs than the 12-15.

Do you guys worry about the air bags at all when installing these?

ARB claims it's airbag tested. In my aacident my bags didn't blow but I don't know if they would have otherwise.

Did you guys have to go with stiffer springs up front. I know those bumpers are heavy if not did you get any sag with the stock springs? Love the classic ARB look but thinking of going with an aftermarket aluminum one .

The bumper adds 131lbs net additional weight without a winch. I didn't drop very much at all on my stock springs, maybe 3/16".

Thanks! Already rubbing a bit at full turn with 2" toytec spacers and 285's.
Should be OK once I due the cab mount chop.

Most running 285s need to flatten the pinch weld or cab mount chop regardless of bumper type or lift.

Yep took lots of pics, ill put some here. All of them are in my build thread.

All modifications were made to the truck, none to the bumper.
