    I went with the JBA UCA's after reading the JBA mega thread. I was originally going to so with the SPC adjustable UCA's but I really liked what JBA offered, especially the ease of changing ball joints.

    If you're not adding a lot of weight to the front of your truck the 600# coils that come with the 6112's should be fine. Notch 3 and 4 (on 2nd gens) seem to be what most are running on.

    Been getting off work late the past few nights so it's been dark, but I'll post a few tomorrow. The first pics I posted were on a downhill slope in my driveway so it looks like it has more rake than it actually does. Haven't taken the measurements yet either but I'll do that tomorrow too

    So I haven't had the dakars on my truck for even a week and I went to put some weight in the bed last night and they squeak. :bananadead: Its even louder than the stock squeak, but they are stiff enough to where they don't squeak too bad while driving. This is frustrating.

    Hmm that's odd. Did you swap out the OME bushings for poly bushings and lube the shit out of them?

    Yeah unfortunately the poly is not enough. Lube the bushings and sleeves liberally.

    Pond liner trick? I don't know about this.

    It is Ozt's fix. Cut pieces of pond liners and put them in between each leaf to limit the squeaking.

    Oh right, I know that as the shower liner mod.

    @CamShaft033 are you aware of that thread? Much of it is before OME starting adding the isolators and pads to Dakars but still some useful tips and tricks for all Dakar leafs like the pond liners. I didn't do this when I installed mine, but they've been silent thus far with the steps that I did take

    Ill have to check out that thread. My bushings didnt come with any so I guess thats why I didnt think to use any. I hate to pull these things off again, but I should have asked beforehand.
