I think I've only found two or three 3rd gen trucks using search. Looking to go the 255/85 route with TRD OR wheels. Anyone using them on stock suspension? How bad and where does it rub while wheeling? Thanks!

OP, did you end up getting 255's? Can you report back here on how they worked for you? Sandytaco is the only other 3rd gen I've seen who has run them. I'll be getting my set put on stock OR wheels this week as well. The extra info would be valuable to post for everyone, since this thread comes up when you search 255/85/16 in the 3rd gen forum

Right, I'm aware of Sandytaco's truck (I actually specifically referenced it in my post above). I was just looking for if OP had done the change because Sandy's is the only 3G I'm aware of on this entire forum who has put that size on his stock OR wheels. Just looking to build a sample size for other peoples' benefit.

I'm going to try 255 85 16s Maxxis Bighorns on my stock Offroad next week. I'll report back

Read it. Bumper delete tutorial was needed. Awesome video there. You really needed to see it to understand the proper steps.
