Go in any oil change or spark plug thread and watch people freak over anything different than what is specified in the manual.

If you have a 2.7 then you'll need a rachet w/ 5/8 plug socket, 6"(minimum) extension, & 10mm socket to remove the coil packs. I also used a 13mm socket to remove one bolt to move air intake aside granted I have a injen intake on mine so lot less bolts to remove then stock intake. I'll be doing them tonight after work

How much of a difference did the intake make?

Toyota 1st said 'We are going to replace the CV boot', Oh wait CV boot is considered a consumable and they can not cover that under my warranty.
Toyota now says 'The front driver side axle is making a grinding noise, it will be replaced' This is covered under the warranty.

She going in Friday for touchy touchy.

How was install? I am pretty sure my magnetic clutch is failing. I sporadically blow my ign 1 no. 2 fuse when I have a rapid increase in rpm's with the ac on. (stomp on the gas to merge or down shifting when towing my TT.) It is the only thing tied into the circuit that I can find would be rpm based.

I wish you were on my ignore list...I was content to buy a cheap $300 pioneer double din and then saw all your raving about the 8200...gonna end up costing me 2.5 times what I had planned to spend on a HU uograde....

    Check this thread out...

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/how-to-spark-plug-change-1-gr-fe.30479/

I didn't remove the whole intake hose, I just separated the hose from the filter housing. Other than that... the link tells it all.

I did as well. I had to build up the suspense. I think we got the same color.
