The weather is quite likely to postpone this event. The forecast has continued to decline this week but I will continue to monitor and post this again tomorrow morning.

Makes me skerred being my first time out to HF and no sliders yet.

I dont see the weather all of a sudden clearing up, but I always have some hope. Lets see what the forecast is tomorrow morning and we can make a decision then.

Yep, myself and some Houston peeps are planning on heading up there and wheeling/camping that Friday night and Saturday and then heading out Sunday.

 

Yup thats the guide I am going to follow to change mine out so everyone has a reference when they changed their own out

 

Cool, we'll be camping in Area 51, starting on Thursday. Leaving Sunday morning. We'll be at the tower overlook each night for sunset.

 

If this gets rescheduled that's fine with me. I'm not going to be able to do two trips though if this remains a "go" and we end up scheduling a second meet. I don't really care if it's just a drizzle. Though, if it's going to be slippery I'd rather wait for my sliders to get mounted.

 

This sounds amazing. I can't make it to this one but I'd be down for one of the future trips.

 

Once I get out new schedule I'll be able to attend a meet.

Looks like the next HF trip will be 6/3. The next Cars and Coffee meet is on 6/11 @ Oasis. This squad is good at getting folks organized for events so stay tuned!
