I concur. If it works for them Baja 1000 peoples, it works for me.

 

I recently bought a Pelican Elite 70qt.

I liked it because the Yeti seemed really plain looking to me, it has some sweet cup holders, i like the latches and tie downs, and theres a lot of vidoes out there that test these extreme coolers, and it says ice will last just about as long as a yeti..... I'd i pretty much bought it for the looks.

 

Are you complaining about potholes for real?

 

Oh yeah and i felt lied to by yeti when they say 65qt and its a 59qt. but i still love yeti, they keep my beer and coffee cold.

 

I we do Gallagher in June I hope it's after the 13th. We'll be back from Hawaii by then and my gf still hasn't seen Gallagher.

June might be to early...but either way I should be in! Though who knows with work....but late June/July should be pretty easy going for me for once.

Long as you dont mind some pinstriping and have a decent grip on your trucks width and height you should be just fine. Gone up with stock Tacoma's and 4runners before and they never really had any problems till after the lake.

Sometimes #builtnotbought ends up with this in the garage for way to long though!

Definitely keep me posted on the July-ish Gallagher run. Last year's was great. There's a lot more meadow grass to "barbarically assault" in front of gasping onlookers...

 

Got 12 yards of chips delivered today, the guy dumped in front of the garage. Wife called and said I wouldn't be able to get the truck out....that sounded like a challenge to me.

 

So last night coming home with a small trailer i start hearing a clunk every time i press the brake. Stop to take a look only one bolt holding the caliper. Lol guess not all was perfect with my repair experience.
