After reading all the posts about retiring, all I have to say is enjoy life doing what you want and like to do. Keep active and don't let anyone tell you what to do and when to do it. Wait a minute, didn't I just say not to let anyone tell you what to do or when to do it??
Oh I meant the kids:D. the younguns only think they know what we should do when we retire....don't spend all their inheritance:eek:.

Tired, long Monday. Rain coming again in a few minutes makes almost 2 weeks straight with rain every day, yard is a hayfield and everything wet. Woods are exploding with green though.

x2 on the long monday. Only supposed to rain a few days then the heat is back.... I hate the clouds, but when it keeps our temps cooler, I'll take them.

Inheritance??? They can have the equivalent of what I made my first Summer cutting grass when I was 12 years old; I've got that number somewhere... o_O
    Long indeed ;)

... rained here some too ... I'll get that fertilizer down in the morning.

Mine get part of each pension state and military and life insurance which they will never know the value of since they would kill me off if they ever find out lol But even so it is set for perpetual trusts for them and any grand kids as each is born part of the original principle is broken off an invested for them and so on. None of them ever get full access to the principle ever it just keeps passing. Saves what ever it is from any lawsuits, divorce decrees and such. If you do not set it up and they do on their own or with parents signing off it is can be subject to attachment by lawsuit , divorce etc. Check with an Attorney for wills and trusts they can set that kind of thing up correctly.

Did not know this thank you. I still have several life insurance policies on the boys and a few assets now. And know that I need an updated will and was just going to do an online form. Guess I'll be paying a lawyer. Sometimes they are worth it..

For shotguns I like a perfect fit, and maximum recoil reduction. You can get a recoil pad jig for around $50 pretty sure you have the grinders and sanders ;-) The best pads I have found for recoil reduction are the Kick EZZ grind to fit pads. I like the brown ones best they blend in better than the standard black pads. So if you don't have a recoil pad grinding jig will come out to about $90 still under 100 :D

Most all my shotguns have them now.
