I should be able to squeeze in a trip near the middle or end of June

 

I'll be in New England mid June. End of June is good though

 

Actually if we do Sunday I can pretty much go any weekend besides the weekends of June 11th, July 15th, and July 22-30

Hey guys just wondering what kind of oil and oil filter you guys use thanks.

 

Mobil 1 & oem filter. Costco and Sam's usually have a 10 off savings twice a year.

 

Thanks Joe.. What do are trucks take about 5 1/2 quarts? Do you use synthetic?

 

I use Honda semi synthetic and nothing but OEM filters. Change it every 3-4K. I don't wait for the 5k maint light. I use Honda because I work for Honda. lol

 

@NABeast Thanks Paul I'll go an pick up a oem filter on way home 6 qts of Mobil one synthetic 5w-30. Should i get a new oil plug gasket?

 

exactly same thing, I used to do, one of the times sams club was on sale was black friday

Oem filter is designed to go 5k Mobil one is designed for synthetic. Plus we run them on sale for 33.99 oil and filter

It's recommended but I'd say not needed, change it every couple changes if you prefer

 

Thanks Nam I appreciate everybody's feed back. So on the list to do's is oil filter, oil,cabin air filter, air filter and rotate tires, and top of fluids. Oh yeah cant forget to pick up a 12 pack of fluid for me.
