I used my ditch lights today to tell the person in front of me that they are intellectually disadvantaged. The lights are aimed at their mirrors. That's the only time I use them on the road, usually they get the air horn though.

LOL I've had driving day dreams about having rear LED's to tell people inspecting my exhaust setup to back off.

But I'd be worried they'd swerve and crash and I'd be liable...

I regret not having Pelfreybilt put LED's in my rear bumper. Would really come in handy when backing up at camp sights in the woods at night. The reverse lights in the taillights don't do a whole lot.

Mine are hitch mounted and usually aimed at the drivers seat of the car behind me. I may put some on my bed rack as well.

That is a nice glare guard, where did you get it?

I think you misunderstood my comment. Yes, those lights are very bright, I'm not saying they are not. I've looked at getting them for a US OffRoad bumper. But bright with an engineered cut off would not get you flashed, no matter how bright they are. You get flashed because they are not designed to be used on the street with oncoming traffic as there are no cut offs to prevent blinding other drivers. My high beams will light up over head highway signs in broad daylight and piss everyone off getting me flashed, but it is because the lights are pointed up into the other drivers eyes. I've never once been flashed with my low beams which are 2x over stock because they maintain the cut off.

People say light bars are too bright, I flip mine on when somebody has those fucking flea market hid lights on their car coming the other way. Screw those people

This thread made me remeber the one time my mother in law borrowed my taco when her car broke down. She accidentally drove about an hour with the roof light bar on. People kept flashing her while she rode with her girlfriends to the beach. "Oh why are all these nice people flashing their lights?" Lol.

That or the people in fancy shmancy cars that dont turn off their highbeams that are literally equal to a 20k lumen lightbar in spot beam. Even my little 20" bar on the backroads makes them jump in the drivers seat a little
