It will. As long as it has a reasonable version of the firmware. 4.22 is the latest.

Scan Gauge can be used to it's full potential in a 2010 base trim, 2.7 manual 4wd?
I guess my dumb question is my truck going to be able to "talk" to it and give me $100 peace of mind?

Yes. SCII's work with any OBDII vehicle. I had one in my '96 Miata.

When you say 'full potential', that is a function of the vehicle ECU outputs.

If the ECU doesn't monitor/use it, the SCII (nor any other OBDII reader) can read/display it.

Probably not the best thread to ask but...
I looked through several hundred threads and posts can not find an x-code for my 2015 4.0L Sport. I tried every search phase I could think of and obviously not the right combo to find it.

An x code for what? The transmission? It's on the SC site under Support.

Bahaha. Yes, completely a possibility...a 'road soda' if you will, heh.

Or perhaps i had a saboteur in my passenger seat with a dropper vial of pepsi. Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction.

$88.27 now! I may order a second one at this price! I got a promotional credit for the first one I bought when this dropped to $90. Asked when I called in the Amazon am customer service. I bought it at 115 five days ago.
