Looks like I'll most likely be rolling in the WRX tomorrow.

I went out at 1900 when it had cooled down to a balmy 90 degrees to put in the throttle body gasket, change the spark plugs/coils, and put it all back together. I buttoned it all up and the fucker wouldn't even crank. The dash lights up and the dome light and keyless remote work. I had the battery unhooked since Saturday when I started this, and I think the heat this week did in my battery. I tried jumping the truck with the car, and the truck wouldn't even think of cranking. I sparked the end of the jumper cables with it hooked to the truck battery, and it barely even sparked. I can pick up a new batter at walmart or autozone tomorrow. It's supposed to be hot as hell again, and I don't want to deal with it in the heat.

 

Nice, and the coffee table is sweet too.

 

Its been a good coffee table. I had a guy in middleburg make me this and a matching console table out of 80 year old cedar.

 

My dad would love this. He has a full wood-working shop and loves to build furniture.

 

Theres some big money in live edge furniture. I really like the look, even though cedar wouldnt have been my first choice. It was what he had and im an impulse buyer so....its cedar

 

Anyone here made there own highlift, shovel and ax mounts for the bed? Im gonna make some saturday off of the build thread, but wanna see if any changes worked out better.

I did the axe/shovel mount in the past. Pretty good solution if you don't have a rack or anything.

 

I did a hi-lift mount, but didn't wrap it back into the bed. Check my build thread.

Works ok, but sometimes rattles.
