30 minutes at 72 degrees.. I wonder how the exterior temp impacted duty time

I found the chart based on 72 degrees.. I wish they had a version for hotter temps

ARB offered to send me a new hose. They also said mine is rebuildable, but I told them I'd rather not do that and just get a new one and send this one to them.

Looks like I'm late for the party. I used it for the first time (beyond testing) this weekend to fill up a kiddy pool. It got pretty hot, but not so much I couldn't disconnect the hose when I was done. Definitely something I will be on the watch for.

The first time I used my ARB CKMA12 Heavy Duty Air Compressor, it was very hot. I used it to air up my 285 size tires from 20 psi to 38 psi. After the first two tires, I felt it getting warm...so I paced out the other two tires.
Afterwards, I ordered a Steel Braided Leader Hose and installed it from the air compressor to the line that I run to the bed of the truck. It provides about 10" distance from the hot air compressor.
This is the one I used:

So far, so good...it's been about six months since I've installed it, and I've used my air compressor a few time since.

thank you. I'll be getting one as well. Do you still pace yourself on the tires?

Negative. The steel braided leader hose works like a charm. I do want to wrap it with either shrink wrap or possibly some heat resistant hose/cover so it doesn't burn the air intake tube that the leader hose is very close to. It's not touching anything usually but, don't want to take the risk of it making contact while I'm using the air compressor and melting a part of the air intake tube.

I guess this means I need a steel enclosure for mine, and not in the same compartment as my battery

Shop around... I was in the same boat yesterday and managed to pull the trigger on a dual that was, what i assume, barely over GB price...
