The side view mirrors come color matched from the factory. It's part of the TRD Sport Package.

Ok, it just looks like yours are black in the first picture you posted. Did you take it back in and have them match them, or swap them out? I'm just trying to figure out what's going to be the easiest way to color match mine.

LOL, it was...When I first bought the truck that side view mirrow was black but the other side was silver. The dealership said that it must have came like that from the factory on accident. The dealer swapped it for me from another Tacoma on the lot. I didn't notice it until a few days later.

I also had my N-Fab Light Bar sprayed with Line-X. Waiting on some lights before I put it on.

Beautiful truck. I just bought a used 2005 Double Cab two weeks ago and I have to apologize in advance for when I steal a few ideas from your set up.

Very very nice build!! You look like you really enjoy your taco and I especially like how you have worked through different mods by adding or deleting to get just what you want. Great pics and good job at describing the mods. I have a 2009 DB Taco and will be referring to your build for some ideas for sure!

    Added center caps today...

I was a little hestitant at first because typically the ATX center caps are really long but I found the older ATX caps from a TW member here and they are a little shorter. I did cut them down another inch so only 2.5" actually protrude from the wheels.

Will get some better pics up of the entire truck once I wash it and put on my new lights.

    Very nice:thumbsup:

I have those same wheels on order with the same size tires. I was wondering if the tires would look to small or not with the lift I will have (gonna crank the coilovers to a full 3"), but those look perfect!!!

    Thanks!

I guess it was for looks...For some reason I really like the stock grille with a black Toyota Emblem. If I was going to change it out again I would probably do a Satoshi grille with the old FJ TOYOTA emblem.

Picked up a few more items I need to install once I find some damn time!

Got a battery box from Ruff Stuff out of Loomis, CA.> Ruff Stuff <

Spoke to the owner and he is a really stand up guy. They build a ton of stuff geared towards Toyota owners. This battery box is very nicely built! I plan on painting it with bedliner out of a can.

Also got one set of my new IPF 968CSG lights, the other set should be here sometime this week. Also got my Blue Seas Aux Fuse Block and a 300amp circuit breaker which will be hooked up to the Blue Seas fuse block.

...and here is a picture of my gear shift knob. It's from a 2009 Nissan Armada. It's pretty similar to the stock knob except it's a little bigger and no chrome trim ring. It fit w/no modifications.

I had a 2009 Nissan Armada for about a year before it was bought back by Nissan because it was a LEMON.

Before I turned it in I swapped the shifter knobs...So there is a 2009 Armada out there somewhere with a Tacoma shift knob :D
