A year after the install of the front shocks, it sounds like the coils (or maybe something else) are squeaking every time they flex going over something. I was wondering if anyone recommends a lube product for the front suspension parts. Of course there is WD 40 but doesn't that deteriorate rubber after awhile?

I have the Camburg Uniball UCA's so I wanted to lube em up to keep them from wearing out too quickly but also apply something to the coils because the squeak is loud as hell now!

go to town with wd40 until you find the culprit of this said squeak.

chances are you will replace whatever rubber parts you are worried about damaging before they are damaged anyway..

    just my .02

for the uni ball you can use some uni ball lube, dry teflon lube, just apply periodically as wanted or needed!!!

After putting tri-flow lube over the uniballs, I have come to find out it is the bushings for the UCA that are squeaking. Pumped it with some grease through the zerks and hope it stops squeaking in a day or 2. If not, looks like I may have to loosen the UCA's and pump it full then tighten it back.

If you loosen the UCA's just a little to put grease through the zerks, do you have to re-align the truck?

The proper way is to loosen the bolt prior to applying grease. You risk blowing out the bushings otherwise.
Use a grease like Prothane, Energy Suspension or Super Lube; teflon based.

Excellent video. Thank you. Surprisingly the squeak has stopped as of today. I think my buddy put in just the right amount of grease because the bushing isn't deformed and the squeak is gone. Ya learn something new everyday!

Do these have a history of causing the squeak?

My truck was squeaking and the dealer told me it sounded like the LCA bushings. I had my son shake the truck while I looked under the front, and the squeak was coming from my passenger side body mounts. I only had 5K on my truck.
I have pictures of the bushings here:
