What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Same here... 100k mile check up, I usually do all my own maintenance but doesn't hurt to have a professional look over your work! The guy who drove my truck into the stall got giddy when he turned the key and the cherry bomb vortex kicked in!

 

Nothing serious... And by recovery, I mean really "roadside" recovery. So it has my jumper cables and a strap and other things like that. Lots of zip ties, duct tape, caution tape, flares, my WD 40, et al.

As much as it's easier to nickel and dime this smaller stuff, I think I'm going to need to do suspension first. Once I get the bars and the tent, it's going up and not coming down, and I don't think the factory leaf pack is going to like that. Thinking about Icon, but also like having money, so I'm open to suggestions

Hey boogie3478 , I have 4 Hella lights mounted on a light bar but my friend that hooked them up wired them to the same switch . 2 different kinds of lights and I have 2 dif switches on the dash .Any way it looks like crap under the hood with misc wires and relays and add a fuses . What should I buy to clean this mess up ? Thanks for your input . Lynyrd3

Probably far fetch but does anyone make a compound that removes light scratches from the plastic offroad model mirrors? Gained a few of them on the last wheeling trip.

I have to get some of those clips for the grill, and for that other pc that "comes from the back"... broke a few, and the BPF cooling panel I have fits kinda snug, so those clips are a bitch to put in and take out.

I have to maybe make the "slots" on the BPF cooling panel a bit wider, so they line up properly with the holes on the truck.

 

Front shocks rear shocks front both complete wheel hubs and bearings front cv axles new end links .

 

For plastic, I use the 3 step Novus system. It works great on clear and solid colored plastic, though I can't guarantee how it will work on mirrored plastic. It should work unless the mirror coating is very thin.
