I don't want all the Pro parts though. I have no desire for the suspension, shifter, leather, skid plates, or wheels. All I care about are the headlights, tail lights, fog lights, and exhaust. And yes all the parts I care about I can get at a fraction of the cost.

I already have aftermarket suspension, already have leather, already have steel skids, custom painted interior, and the TRD pro wheels off the 4runner. So a lot of the Pro parts are useless to me.

My Super White TRD Pro Tacoma.....which I just happened to find sitting on the display corner of a nearby Toyota dealer, and apparently, according to some previous posts...I got lucky as hell to do so.

Wow...Seems crazy that I've even seen another one in town with those numbers. What's your source for those numbers? I'm loving my MT even more now (How is that possible???)

Got it from another thread on TW so who knows about credibility at this point.

But who cares, enjoy your truck!

NICE DUDE! MT too. So, so sweet.
I thought those stickers looked cheesy at first, but I kind of like them now...might have to get a set.

I bought my 2018 Tacoma Pro for $44,500. A 2018 Ford Raptor was $83,075, so no it is not the same price range.

I have about 600 miles on my TRD Pro now, great truck so far. It's the automatic, and the shifting is still a little off, but I've always had issues every since I've had a 2011 Tacoma. They just don't like hills, and living in New Hampshire, I deal with hills a lot. But no worries, one thing I've noticed is that using the ECT Power button helps to stay in gear longer, stopping the constant shifting, that and the tiptronic shifter helps on the highway. Still getting use to it, but I was still able to achieve 20.8 mpg on my first tank. Pretty damn happy with that. It's still breaking in I hope, and me learning the truck. Only thing I've done so far was remove the low hanging side steps, paint a couple scratches on the frame (and every little seam that looked like it was going to start to rust, and dropped some weight. I've removed the spare tire, the jack and tools, and some of the unneeded stuff in the glove compartment. Doesn't seem like much but every little bit helps.

    Upcoming plans:

*New rims and tires, plan on upgrading to 32 or 33 and 17 inch rims, and will be looking to drop weight if possible, or at least keep with in +5 per corner
    *Aluminum bumpers front and rear
    *Bed cover
    *Sliders

I’ve had my 2017 pro for just over a year now. I have about 12k miles on it, mostly highway and averaging 19-20 mpg overall. I bought my truck because I genuinely loved the cement color and at the time it was trim exclusive. Also at the time the only trims with leather were the pro and limited. Those were 2 major things that shifted me but I also considered the cost of the mods I would do to an OR if I went that route and it wasn’t really a lot more $ to get the truck I really wanted

So far I haven't had any of the issues a few others have noted in this thread (moisture in fogs etc.) A little better fuel economy would be nice and the transmission can piss me off but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
