You hit the nail on the head. I'll be graduated and hopefully working full time so the truck will be going under the knife in some fashion or another

 

Seems like SAS and 37's is this years fad.

 

If I SAS my truck, I'm gonna buy a running chevy 2500 and put the 6.0 and everything under my truck, which I would like to do but I really don't want to deal with all of that. Nor do I think I could do that in any less than a year or two.

I've put a ton of thought into it but I don't think I could do it for less than $20k-25k and in less than a year or two. It'd be super badass though. I'd love to do it. There's a guy with a 1st gen that has exactly what I want but under a first gen and not my truck. Lol.

 

so I see this Whelen 100 watt speaker.. how's this thing powered? Do I need the air horn amp too? I just want to use it as a PA speaker. All the other PAs I've tried are not good.

 

hmm so no way to hook up a CB speaker to it,a couple of 12v wires and be done?

 

gotcha... well thanks anyways. Don't need the whole siren getup just for a louder speaker.

All this coming from the man who didn't even have a 2wd truck, who talked nothing but making it 4wd. .. .now SASin' it??. . . . HIGHLY doubtful haha

 

It is highly doubtful, I don't wanna do that shit. I'd much rather Levi SAS and sell me that long travel and front diff.

what wire or fuse can i easily tap in cab to have backlit switches come on only when other dash lights are on?
