I think I've met him before. 4Runner probably didn't look like that last time I saw it though.

I never woulda guessed my Mom used it, but she came over one day with a big smile and showed me. Helps her tennis elbow.

Haven't been camping with her in awhile, but next time I do :rasta:

It really doesn't do alot for pain , but it dose help relax the muscles thus causing a relaxed state of mind. Wait im sounding like a :rasta:
    now. Lol
Spinal pain sucks and anything we can do to relax helps. i dont like being high on pain killers. Manly because i can easily be addicted to them, so i try to avoid them if i can. I love me some norcos. :anonymous:.
I only wish my doctor would give them to me.
:annoyed:. Its for my own good.

So... how difficult is it to replace LCA bushings on your own? I'm doubting that I'm capable of doing it myself, but I'd rather not pay for a shop.

@Moogle I have a buddy in town with a press. He sometimes works like 7 days a week but is always down to help. Id be happy to lend a hand throughout the process. I have spare LCAs to rebuild too

Access to an air chisel will make quick work of removing them.

That makes it much better. Getting the poly bushings pressed in cost me more than I expected. Worthy upgrade, though.

Not sure how that would come into play. The replacement bushings I used require removal of the bushing along with its metal sleeve. A little heat and the bottle jack pops them right out in one piece.

@Radarninja had seized bushings on his LCA's and we tried using heat with no luck. Used the air chisel which removed the bushing and sleeve in no time. I also used the air chisel to remove old bushing from the used chevy 63s leaf springs set I have.

Dooood I wish I could. Not out of the Army yet so no-go for THC and me. Which is ironic cause the docs are so quick to give me oxy, percacet, and all sorts of pain killers. But something from a plant is illegal
