    So turns out my inner and outer tie rods were toast. Truck drives much better specially after the alignment. I took it to 65mph yesterday and no vibrations. I would have never thought bad tie rods could cause the entire cab to shake like that. Oh and @cynicalrider you were right, the wheel bearings are fine. My next step is to get uca's and prep the frame for winter.
