All the dumb choices in one vehicle
Happens to me every time I disconnect the battery. Nothing to worry about.

That's a good idea I'll have to try it. I'll have to remove them to change fluids here shortly so will try it then. I'm not really sure how it'll work with the back of the trans skid going over the trans cross member bolts on the back side but worth a try. The bottom of the edge of the trans skid is pretty flush with the rear of the IFS skid now and recessed.

Finished painting the wheels and rotating tires, removed rust from hubs and hit with high temp flat black real heavy then wiped off after a couple minutes, changed oil and filter over to Royal Purple, changed spark plugs to NGK iridium, cleaned intake hose and blew out the AEM filter, inspected brake pads, lines, hoses under the hood and verified nothing was broken either before or after I got in there and started wrenching on shit.

Saturday morning before I did anything:

Finally finished my door sound deadening and speaker replacement.

Don't attempt a speaker replacement without buying some kind of adapters .

6X9 does not equate in the metric system. Not even close, I tried.

I also added BOOM Mat speaker enclosures for sound deadening, acoustics and protecting the speakers.

The original speakers weigh less then a large DD.

    I got the speakers/adaptors/mats done for @ $170.

Not much, I replaced the filter since it was so cheap. My pan and magnets and filter all looked ok. My mileage was 138K.

I did a thing with a speaker today... added the ********* single 10, used a Planet Audio Amp though so I have the ********* one available. Didn't coat the box yet because I wanted to enjoy the boom before I deploy again in a few weeks.

Good ole wash, clay bar, wash, Polish, wash, wax, touch up with a paint pen.
If you haven't used a clay bar on your vehicle in a while it's worth the $$ and time.
