Are you a police officer? You might want to look into the laws regarding strobes and red lights on the front of your truck. Might be against the law.

Edit: I see you are Fire Fighter so that makes sense now.

I bought and installed the tail LED brake light and marker, the blinker hyperflashes..but I read in a review of the diode dynamics bulb that the person replaced the rear, had hyperflash until they installed the front markers as well...

Has anyone else had experience with this? Should I just order and replace the front markers as well? Will that keep them from hyperflashing?

Also, new to TW. Long time lurker until I bought my own Taco last weekend. LOVE IT and TW for all the knowledge!

    Thanks!!

I have one bulb out in my tail light and wondering which one that is. When the lights are turned on it's the lower section on one side that is out, but I don't think it's a brake light. Are there multiple lights or is just a portion of one bulb out?

    A few minor things...
There are 3 lights per tail light.

One reverse light (W16W, 16w Wedge style) (bottom bulb)

two 7443 dual filament bulbs. 21/5w

The 21w portion of each bulb is the brake or turn signal, depending on if it's the top (turn signal) or middle (brake)

The 5w is the running lights when your headlights are on. this is off when your headlights are off.

If either one goes out I think it will trigger your blinker to blink faster.

If you could post up some pictures of the strobes you use and where and how you're mounting them I would be super interested! Thanks

No tags on the bed, air dam.
Replaced all of my interior with LED. On the last bulb of the vanity ALL of my interior lights went out. Hmmm...Blown fuse?
Or are LED ghosts playing a prank on me?

Replaced only my front turn signal bulbs with leds from Amazon. Now have hyper flashing front and back turn signals anytime I'm using the blinker. I have seen so many back and forth on the resistors and just need a direct answer of where they are needed to fix this... I tinted my reflector buckets so the halogen bulbs aren't as visible like the leds I replaced them with so I'd like to fix the hyper flash to keep them....what do I need to do?

I threw resistors front and back and fixed the hyperblink

Used these guys up front, which needed trimming to fit, but work fine.

Used diode dynamics in the back...followed these instructions from @Orlandoech

Correct. Can either do the blade tap resistors or the in-line ones. 6 ohm should do it.

Awesome man thank you! What do you think of these? Think they'll do the trick? it's 50w and 6ohm.

If they're the same ones that I have, you'll have to trim some of the bits of grey plastic to get them to fit into the reflector. Took a couple minutes to figure out how to trim them to fit. Honestly, the blade tap style went in much faster
