Oh jeeze you guys... really giving us Off Road TRDs vs. Sport TRDs something to talk about! (Seriously, I see it is more a 2WD vs. 4WD thing)!!!

Thanks... and lets see some more 4WD trails... my Tacoma is itching to be in Low Range/A-TRAC!

Hey Matt, that turned out to be a good little run !! I calculated roughly 22 miles from pavement to gate , one way, & that last one was pretty cool too, just shows that there ARE a few places left if ya just get off the freeway once in a while & look around ! I uploaded a bunch more vids on my youtube channel, go get'em Bro' theres a long one of you I think !!:D:D :burnrubber::burnrubber::burnrubber::burnrubber:

Hey Mike, & yeah its La Posta except its about 9 or 10 miles further than we went, I know Matt called ya but you MIA dude ! haha , theres at least 5 or 6 other trails that branch off of this main fire road but we were running out of day light & not real familiar with the area, but the biggest issues are locked gates along the way, they're mostly open for now but who knows how long, anyway if ya want to go to my youtube page & upload the link or whatever the hell ya do to post them here like you did the other ones, for some reason I can't seem to do it, as you know that fire road is fast & fun, but just gotta remember that its still a public access with 2 way traffic...enjoy:cool::cool::D

I'm in carlsbad/encinitas. There are beaches. No trail in my neck of the woods.

Next time you are up there let me know. Maybe we can meet up. I am not armor protected and will not go too crazy. I am generally free weekends.

I don't care about getting Brush scratches just the major damage.

I only went up there once after reading Panda's trip report... There are more roads I didn't drive... that look to go all the way to the Deer Springs ARCO station at I-15. Perhaps start there next time? The scratching was the entrance road from Twin Oaks Valley, beacuse it was so deeply rutted I had to drive next to the brush in places... But that was the steepest, most fun part of what we did.

Yah, I will let you know if we go back there... I will buy a XXL shirt, too if you have any still when we meet!

I think there are perhaps too many You Tube links in one post, because my Internet connection sure bogs down every time I come to this thread... anyone else?

Thanks Michael, the YouTubes are fun... Maybe if you put them in seperate replies or not so many in one post... or maybe it is just my old computer? Anyway, I enjoy them... and I am sure old Doug loves to watch himself pulling other non-4WDs! LOL
