    Drop bracket lift and booger welds
    We have a similar clunk typically from the slip joint especially offroad. People typically tack weld the slip joint.

    Right, I looked into both issues...the tack weld on mine may compromise my safety in a Collison I think by either pushing the wheel towards me, or not absorbing some of the impact of the airbag.that shaft is also designed to move up and down over bumps so Idk where that movement will transfer if I eliminated the axial movement....it will also allow direct feedback from the road, possibly introducing new vibrations. I guess I'll zip tie to remove the clunk and just live with the rest of the play....the intermediate shaft seems a lot tighter after so I'm hoping it helps without being so tight that it creates more feedback

    The nice thing about spacers, I took that off, and put a wheel back on with 6 good lugnuts and bolts....

    I was really glad for that spacer...
