    ...too much shit to list.
I own both. The F8HP is an 8 watt instead of 4 watt. Honestly the 4 kinda sucks if you are using inside the cab of a vehicle. The F8HP also comes with the extended battery pack (will last a weekend on full charge) and a better antenna. IMO its worth the money.

Yea just an FYI for everyone with a 2nd gen:

Manual Transmission has a 1" longer drive shaft on the front part of the rear drive shaft (hopefully that doesn't sound confusing - but basically the smaller piece in the above picture). Auto will have a sticker on there that says 32 and the manual will have one that says 33.

Also, after changing all my u-joints, the rear drive shaft has the same (3) u-joints. For 4x4, the front drive shaft has (2) u-joints that are smaller than the rear ones. I found the rear DS u-joints locally for $15-20ea, but couldn't find any of the front ones in stock. O'Reilly had some, but were going for like $40+ each and they had to order them. I said screw that and got 1-day free shipping on Amazon Prime:

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CKN762/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have the tacoma in "My Garage" on amazon and it'll show that "This doesn't fit your 2007 Toyota Tacoma," but I can assure you, it is the correct one.

btw - if it isn't already, u-joints are good to keep in your "spare parts" bin on the trail. Now you know to keep 2 diff kinds
