Has anyone created or know of any mods to add another button to the ceiling mounted area where the crawl control is located in the area that would control the sun roof on a non-tech package Off Road.

Or does anyone have the part numbers for the ceiling area? Maybe the button cutout on the left could be flipped and installed on the right?

I would like to put in a button to open my garage door there and would love to use an OEM-ish button to do it.

This might become useful to me soon. How are you running wires up there?

I'm not 100% sure right now. I need to pull off the cover and see what wires are up there. My idea right now is to wire a momentary switch to a gutted garage opener. The garage opener will still run off of the coin battery.

Ideally, I could wire in a converter to provide power to the garage opener and power a LED button so it lights up when the dash lights are on... we'll see!
