Eliminating CEL after installation of URD LT headers?

On my prior 2010 Tacoma with the 4.0 I used DT LT's and had no issue with the cel until after 75,000 miles or so, then I just replaced the electronic cat bypass that came with the headers.

I'm now driving a 2015 Tacoma with the 4.0 and this time used the URD LT headers and it set off the cel after 5 miles or so. After repeatedly resetting the cel via my aeroforce gauges it continued to come on after just a few miles. I then replaced the "no cat sensor wiring" as I did the previous truck and the cel still continues to come on.

I'm wondering if there is a way to solve this or if the 2015 with the air pump is just more sensitive then the 2010 was?

 

I would hope the company that makes it has an answer.

It came with a new sim from URD and I also had a new second one which I tried both. Neither solved the issue and URD didn't have an answer as well.

Not much so far after a couple of calls and speaking with gadget. It's been a few months so I just sent them another email. I've wanted to use their Uconn product, but I'm not going to purchase it until I see them making an effort to solve this issue. So far, they haven't.

 

UCON won’t work for the 2009+ unfortunately, something to do with not able to get a harness or something along those lines, we’re going back 6+ years ago.

 

It was released few months ago and sold out in few days.

2009+ UCON is back on the shelf.

Can you disconnect the air pump?
I thought that URD didn't offer their spec u long tube headers for 12-15 for that reason...

 

There is a simulator for the air injection.
