My C-pillar clips on the upper piece all decided to detonate for whatever reason. Managed to finally get it all back together but I'm down 2 clips now.

Swapped passenger side cv axle, lower ball joint and sway bar link kit. Also did the East Coast Gear bushing to eliminate the roaring noise I have had for the last 4 years.

Nothing major right now. Would like to Black some stuff out soon. I'll be doing mostly cheap functional and cosmetic stuff for a while. Before all that I gotta clear space in the garage!

Check out my intro post if you are up for a corny and slightly boring play-by-play of my search LOL. I'll also start a build thread shortly, just to document.

I've got a few, errr 8 (ish), Honda bikes floating around :anonymous:. If anyone is interested in any small cc vintage Honda bikes (also have a project 550cc) let me know, I may be thinning the heard soon to make room in the garage for the new guy, and I just have too many projects.

First thing for the truck will most likely be functional stuff. Planning on console organization, floor mats, and a Krown treatment. Debating on bug deflector, something about the black bug deflector on the red Tacos hit a sweet spot for me. Not sure why, not a fan of them on other colors. Beyond that, I'll just be working on clearing out the garage so she has a warm spot for the winter.

Food for thought. Instead of blacking out your badges look at removing them. It's a cleaner look and easier to clean. I think it's the first thing I did. A set of Husky or Weathertech floor liners is a smart investment.

The same shit everyone else has.
Washed the exterior and Optiseal'd it. Scrubbed the wheel wells. Vac'd the interior, cleaned windows, scrubbed the seats, and cleaned/treated all the plastic with Optimum No Rinse. Probably the last full detail before the snow starts to fly. At least the paint is protected until spring, which was my goal for today.

I also got the dual batteries wired up.

I still need to install the remote switch for the ML-ACR and install the dual readout volt gauge once I determine where I wanna mount them.

And I wanna redo the house battery ground with heavier 2 gauge wire when I get a chance.

And I wanna redo the house battery hold down with something stronger. Any suggestions?

I haven't figured out where I'd put a second battery yet the area where yours is located is pretty crowded in mine

I feel you pain. My antilock brake system is in that spot that @steveo27 second battery is in.

Fortunately mines an '11 TRD-OR so all the brake stuff is all built into the booster and I dont have the smog pump over there either.

The only downfall is thats where my compressor was mounted. I need to sort that out now. I may move the compressor up under the bed side and run a quick disconnect somewhere in the bed. Ive got all winter to sort this out though.

image.jpg image.jpg Well, after lots of reading I thought it was time to post my progress. New tires, joined the Falken Wildpeak at3w crowd. Also decided I hated the silver cap colour- so made it white. Used Rust-Oleum Flexidip. I like the look, just wait and see how well it holds up!
