Very easy to do, just put a flat head driver around the outside of the heater control block and pry it off, find the 2 little bulbs in the back and twist them out with a flat head.

It shut it self down when I tried to start it. The closest thing I could say as a replication would be that of a flooded carb on an older engine. Basically it fires and just about stays running and then that’s it. It’s happened a total of 3 times so far with no rhyme or reason behind it. All different weather temps and fuel tanks full levels. A few buddies of mine are mechanics at Toyota and they seemed to be puzzled as well as the scanner doesn’t bring up and fuel pressure of shut off issues. Definitely an interesting issue but it hasn’t affect the truck in any way as it always fires right up on the next try.

I also like the bug deflector on a red truck. Also painted my logo to match the truck.

Not yet. I'm interested to hear more as I had something come up. They charged me a boat load for the service work.

Well i’m in an interesting situation as well.

Last March/April my ujoints and carrier bearing were making lots of noise and had play. Rebuilt the driveshaft with autozone cheap parts. Then the rear diff blew up (pinion bearings failed), then i put a Wholesale Import Parts complete warrantied two piece driveshaft under the truck, i also put an entire East Coast Gear Supply assembled factory LSD third member in the rear and sent my original third in for a core. I also bought an OEM carrier bearing and oem Ujoints to rebuild my orginal drive shaft to keep for a spare driveshaft.

So you can imagine those little vibrations have caused me a shit load of money in the last year. I wouldn’t be offended if they reimbursed any of it. :bananadead:

Yea I love trying to get warranty coverage from the dealer. I had the driver side CV boot start leaking for no reason, tossing thick grease everywhere. When I went to pick the truck up after getting it replaced at the dealer under warranty, I am sitting in the service waiting area and one of the service people bring me the 'invoice' for the work. She put it on the table with a pen for me to sign, I picked up the pen, scratched out all the numbers and put 0's. Handed it back to her and said 'you can bring it back when the numbers match mine'. The service manager brought the warranty covered invoice over 15 minutes later with 0 cost to me all of a sudden.o_O

    Just rotated tires.

18v DeWalt impact, new 5 ton floor jack, and 4 10-ton jack stands are worth their weight in gold. Rotation took less than 20 minutes.

25k on the Cooper Discoverer STT PRO's. Showing very little wear. (5/64th worn since new) will buy them again, next set of tires.

I love it when a plan comes together!

I like the Logo! I was tossing that idea around myself. I was between blacking it out or color matching. The color match looks great. I like the TRD badge, I have one on the way as we speak! What paint did you use on your badge?
