    Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
    Just a lil better still rich but goin in the right direction

    I need a new maf tube, some mandrel bends and vbands for the down pipe/exhaust. Then some odds and ends for vacuum/boost lines that I’ll figure out as I go. I'm still super early in the build because I swapped gears with @boostedka in the middle and did all the preventative maintenance stuff to my front end. But I’ve added a line and resealed the oil pan, removed throttle body and stock exhaust. This is my first turbo project ever so I’m researching everything like twice before I do/buy still. I really wish there was a cheaper option for a forward facing intake the stock one adds alot of piping/bends.
    Also i close on a two family in two weeks so i had to slow my role with parts ordering for a few.

    LS1-T56 swap, Z06 ported heads, cam, Titanium valves, Kevlar clutch. Now building a forged stroker (383) and all the ponies! Old setup was rod-knockin on heaven's door...
    I have recently had a bunch of requests to build these again (economy seems to be swinging back into spend mode recently)
    Im going start making these again so will be an option.

    Gets rid of a mile of bends and the factory throttle cable fits as well as using the stock TB.
    And for anyone that thinks that the stock TB cant make power, I made over 520hp @ the wheels with a stock TB and fuel rail. :thumbsup:

    They used to be priced at $550, however I need to check on material cost since its been years since I made them, and material is always going up (even though recycle price goes down) go figure!

    dyno tuned yesterday... had some issues initially but got them rectified.... wastegate wasnt opening boost spiked to 20psi
    pulled it apart and changed the wastegate springs and was getting 8psi so i added a manual boost controller

    plugs needed to be gapped... boost was killing the spark

    went back and did couple pulls to lock in the boost controller at 13psi... wanted 15psi but with that much power the van would be pointless to drive... let me tell you at 13psi now.... its disgustingggg rips the backend straight up to 3rd gear

    With all due respect, can't wait for some carnage. Would you ever consider using forged internals?

    For anyone whom hasn't read through his build this guy goes fucking hard. Has pictures of the aftermath of a failed flywheel being ejected out of the side of his bell housing.
