I like em best in white it looks cleaner, I had blue didn't like the way the speedo needle looked, I tried uv blacklight too! kinda purplish, no good on my eyes. I tried red and it looks best second to white, however the rpm and speedo needles blend in in red. White looks clean and factory almost, imo. If you do a color I suggest to do the needle mod and scrape the paint off of the needles and change the colors from factory orange so it doesn't look goofy. It's a pretty cool mod.

If you put the year of your truck in your profile. It would be easier to tell. Although I think only the HVAC area and some other spots change between 01-04 & 00 & older. I think the instrument cluster takes the same. My truck took 4 - #194's.

Why change the color... AMBER is what the Toyota Gods intended!

That said I was wondering if you'd see a big difference if you switched to LED's instead of incandescent but keep the color?

It's a lot brighter at night when you switch to LED's. Some people don't like that. White is the cleanest looking color by far. I just did everything blue. HVAC area, glove box, ashtray light, gear shifter and my stereo is lit up blue also. But the pictures I posted, don't do it justice. There is s whole other thread on this. I think @frizzman can elaborate & would have the link. Thanks @frizzman
