I have a 2016 TRD OR and when it gets below 60 degrees or so I get an annoying rattle from the passenger side of the dash. Above 60 it is fine and I'm in South Texas so it's not below 60 often. I am trying to get it to the dealer but it's hard with my work schedule and trying to guess the weather so it'll squeak when I get there. Thanks in advance TacomaWorld!

Welcome to the club. The rattle club. Even my PRO rattles a lot when cold. On top of that, now since is cold (38-43F), passenger side under dash where the computer is located I have an annoying buzz from the electronics. Looks like is its heater element to keep the brain warm. Learn to ignore them.

It’s a brand new truck, you shouldn’t have to learn to block out rattles.

Thanks, that thread helped me out. A little foam install and it seems to have disappeared.

Passenger dash speaker cover is rubbing on the A-pillar cover. Above link will fix it. Don’t expect TOYOTA to know the remedy. It is easier to fix it yourself than take it for a service visit.
