That’s a good idea too. I’m pretty sold on the plywood channel and board tho, mostly because I have them both and the boys are personalizing the board for him:) Are the compartments pretty standard? I think it was around 8 1/2”, but I can’t remember the distance between the bolts.

The box on the left is a Plano Sportsman’s chest that I use to store tools, jumper cables, straps. It fits perfectly next to the storage bins as you can see.

If you're going to use the factory divider with a tonneau, flip the slide mounting brackets over so that the knobs are underneath. This way those knobs do not stick up above the bed rail sides. The travel will be limited though as most of the tonneaus I looked into utilize the slide rails for mounting. The advantage of flipping these brackets so that the knob is underneath is that the divider just lifts right out so much quicker and easier than with them on to and having to remove the brackets just to remove the divider.
I'm going to be adding a tonneau eventually. Just saving my pennies until after Christmas.

I used some leftover 2x8's and decking. A few measurements, a cut or two and some deck screws later, I have a way to keep the groceries from rolling around under my tonneau. Zero money spent and it easily lifts out.

I sure am. Ran me just over the cost of the OEM alternative and it's more modular.

It is all 80/20 Inc 15 series hardware. Don't have a parts list, but it's just 4 sections cut to specified length from them and the hardware needed to hold them together. All parts I have here aside from the bolts in the mesh came from them.

I've been considering it. Definitely gotta put some more thought into the design as I kinda just went at it blindly. Not everything was perfect and I have to do some trimming.
