Located in north Los Angeles area (Glendale/Burbank), but willing to meet within a reasonable distance.

Edit 04/19: I've gotten a few requests for shipping lately and as much as I'd like to help out guys in other parts of the country, it almost isn't worth it to ship these out. Most quotes I've gotten range from $45-60 depending on which side of the country you're on and if you do the math, you can probably find a used OEM divider in your area for that price. Not to mention the ever-present risk of damage during transit. I'm not opposed to shipping so if someone really wants one of my dividers, I'll send it. I'm just being honest about what it takes to get one to you.

Brand new bed dividers made by yours truly- $120

Clearly "inspired" by the OEM version, but failed to see why they cost over $200. I make these and can take orders if there is interest for them, but usually keep one ready to go for the measily price of $120. Quick thread knobs and rail attachments included. They allow you to loosen and move the divider in small increments for your cargo. Painted with bedliner.

Here you can see that the divider will fit between the wheel wells and will still leave room for your hi-lift jack (depending on how you have it mounted). This allows the compete divider to be adjusted the full length of your factory rails.

Confirmed fitment with a Fold-A-Cover Elite:

    Confirmed fitment with OEM bedmat:

Update (01/19): 3rd gen versions available.
Confirmed fitment for a 3rd gen (also available in a Quicksand-ish color):

Please specify 2nd or 3rd gen when ordering as the sizing is slightly different between models years.

Confirmed fitment on a third gen with MX Backflip. This divider had to be made with custom dimensions due to how the backflip is installed: Installation includes drop down brackets that move the rails down and slightly inward.

Any photos of the light bar mounted in your bumper? Or photos of what you had to modify to make it work?

Heres a couple pictures of the light bar in the bumper. it actually fills the opening quite well and there's no lost light.

    DSC05271.jpg

I don't have any pictures of my modification, but this picture is from @inv3ctiv3 's build thread. He and I have the same bumper and same lightbar. If you look at the mounts, he put a slight bend in them to get the light to fit. I ordered my bumper raw so I just cut the mounts off and re-welded them about 1/4" outboard so that they would sit flush without bending. Either way works honestly, but I had the luxury of having a welder and raw steel at my disposal.

Thanks! It's pretty strong, I've used them in the past to transport firewood, building materials and groceries and never had a problem with them flexing or showing any damage.
Shipping isn't included unfortunately. If you were interested, I could get some quotes and we could work something out.

It is. Not sure if it will fit a third gen but I can make a new one if there are any differences.

I need a bed divider that'll mount a maxtrax and my NATO jerry cans with enough room for my hilift , axes and shovels that's mounted on the size of the bed

I can do that, but i would have to be beefed up a little to account for the extra weight. A lot of people don't take into account how much full jerry cans actually weigh- especially when bouncing around on the trail. PM me and we can figure it out.

Free bump, but was wondering- If you were to flip the bed divider upsidedown, would it be sturdy/big enough to act as a make-shift headache rack as well? I'm not planning on doing this, but if you fab these yourself it seems like a cool idea to play around with just for the versatility.

It technically could, but because of the way it's mounted straight to the bedrails, you'd be putting all that stress on the bolts. My concern is that they could possible shear off and now you'd have free flying metal near your back window. I wouldn't trust it that way personally, but I have been told I tend to overbuild things. If someone wanted to build a headache rack that way, I'd recommend using an angled plate to mount it to the bedrails- similar to bed bars. Where the weight is supported by the bedrail caps and the rail bolts would simply be there to keep it from moving. Would be a simple fab project and a sturdy piece.
The bonus of this design is that it can be used with shells and soft tops since it does not ride on the caps. It would keep your cargo from sliding to the front of the bed and you can avoid crawling in to get your stuff. I originally build the first divider for a buddy that owns a restaurant and uses his truck to get supplies and ingredients for his staff. Having a shell meant either tying things down (which becomes a pain for multiple small trips throughout the week) or risking things sliding around the back of his truck.
